Steps has been working with Oxford University Press for a number of years – most recently developing an Global Ethics Programme for their Compliance Managers. The programme needed to operate at two levels – working with Compliance Managers to help them to understand the behavioural side of what it means to work ethically – as well as equipping them with the facilitation skills needed to cascade the project to others in the organisation.
