We’ve been changing behaviours in workplaces around the world for over 25 years. We love to develop and share ideas, always with a view to improving our practice and helping our clients achieve the change they seek. Working partnerships with networks and membership groups give us a valuable opportunity to stay abreast of trends and new thinking within L&D and we are continually looking to incorporate this within our work. We also run an events programme of our own every year – inviting input from thought leaders, subject experts and industry peers – to challenge our thinking, bring diversity of ideas and enhance our offering to clients.
We are also passionate and curious about how behavioural change works in practice – and we have begun working on some regular research projects, seeking input from clients and prospects in order to better understand, and therefore better reflect, their world.
