At Steps we’re proud to combine our creativity and dynamism with robust governance measures that put our people at the heart of our vision, strategy and decision making.
We have a Global Board that takes commercial, strategic, legal and ethical responsibility for the business globally. We also have 3 Regional Senior Leadership Teams (UK & Europe, India & Middle East and the United States) who take on the same responsibility in our local office locations. These SLTs have responsibility for regional business plans in response to the global vision and strategy, as well as resourcing and management for their localities. We appoint one employee from the wider regional team to each Senior Leadership Team every 6 months, for transparency, development and diversity of thought.
