We’re not the ‘Ivory Towers’ type; it’s really important to us that our work is of practical use to our clients. We recently undertook some research with a range of senior business leaders, to explore what works and what doesn’t when it comes to creating tangible change within an organisation.

Steps has an established approach to behaviour change which we call “Steps to Change”. It works well and resonates with clients – and we wanted to be able to refer to the evidence available to support the advice and recommendations we were giving when discussing change programmes.
We undertook qualitative research with 14 project leaders to collect insights and experience as to what contributes to or gets in the way of achieving behavioural change in organisations.
