Better feedback conversations with our new ready-to-go workshop on 10 December 2026 and 21 January 2027

30 October 2026

Don’t miss the chance to experience Fundamentals of Feedback at the free open sessions in December and January.

Join us for the reveal of Fundamentals of Feedback! We’re celebrating our new ready-to-go workshop with a series of open events. This is your opportunity to experience Steps’ live drama approach firsthand and discover what it could bring to feedback conversations in your organisation.

Built on 30 years of global experience, this interactive session brings our drama-based approach to essential feedback skills, without the need for bespoke design.

Expect live drama, honest discussion and practical tools. You’ll see familiar workplace behaviours play out, explore their impact and have the chance to test how a different approach can change the conversation.

You’ll experience how we help participants:
  • Give and receive feedback with greater confidence.
  • Use a simple model to structure feedback clearly and constructively.
  • Leave with a practical commitment they can apply at work.

If you’re looking to build feedback capability across your organisation, refresh existing skills or help people put theory into practice, this is the moment to try the learning in action and consider how it could work for your people.

In form below do select the date and time you would like to attend. The format for all sessions are Virtual, interactive (limited places) via Zoom and each session is a 90 minute duration
