Tarun has a bachelor’s degree in Computer science and engineering and is a trained actor from Barry Johns Acting Studio, Delhi. Tarun started his career with Infosys as a software engineer and through his journey, he realized that performing arts is where his calling lies. He started pursuing theatre in Pune for 2 years and then he shifted his base to Mumbai and started working as a full time actor. He has worked in a number of short films as Lead character, have done numerous theatre plays and also worked in a feature film “Bhavesh Joshi”.

He joined Steps in the year 2017 as a free-lance associate and joined as Project Design Manager in 2022. He finds passion in bringing change to the society and he is really vocal about gender spectrums and Mental health which reflects in his writings as well. He loves to write, act and design the concepts for Steps and he really looks forward to challenging work. As a PDM, he has delivered multiple successful sessions for clients like Welspun, Metlife, Accenture, PWC, Sitel etc. He believes, how as an artist, as a manager, and as Steps we are bringing change in people and he loves doing it.

Tarun lives in Moradabad (very close to Delhi) and in his free time he loves balancing his eco system – his plants, herbs, parrots and fishes. He loves to paint, cook, write, read and dance and being an extrovert and outgoing person, he loves to travel. His favorite destination is hills, anywhere.
