Born and raised in NJ, Shane holds an MFA in Acting from Rutgers University and an MA in Communication from Southern New Hampshire University.

Shane has worked as a professional actor and college professor for the last 20 years. He has worked In the training and development space for the last 10+ years as an independent consultant and as an associate for Steps where he has had the opportunity to facilitate and design a number of diverse programs. He joined the in-house team in 2022.

He is passionate about inclusion and working with individuals and entities to create authentic connections while harnessing the power of diversity. In his free time, Shane is a classic movie enthusiast and self-proclaimed culinary aficionado. He is a dog lover who maintains a home with his partner Eric in NJ.
