Jennie O’Reilly

Marketing and Business Development Director

Jennie joined Steps in 2008 with a passion for creative communication and - fast forward a few years - she now has Board level responsibility for all global marketing and business development activity at Steps. She supports the team in creating inspiring content to raise awareness of the organisation and its impact, and works closely with the Account Directors and Country Heads on individual business development strategies. Jennie enjoys networking and developing strategic partnerships and she has recently taken a lead role in redefining Steps' brand, redesigning the website and developing an organisational Vision. She was invited to join the Management Board in 2016, to share insight and help shape business strategy.

Jennie is a graduate of Cardiff University and a qualified affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She works flexibly between London and Bristol, where she lives with her young family. When not working she loves singing choral music (or any kind of music, actually!), developing her baking skills and escaping on camping trips...
