During this episode of Steps to Change we discuss a term that’s being used more and more recently in the DE&I world: the Moveable Middle. We’ll explore the concept of what is meant by the Moveable Middle and take a deep dive into discussing why galvanizing their involvement in organizational DEI efforts is crucial to reaching long term DEI strategies goals.
