Duration: 90 minutes

Session Synopsis
Whether it’s haggling with a client, trying to influence a colleague, or trying to question the seemingly extortionate price your plumber or car mechanic wants to charge – negotiating often brings us out in a cold sweat and we fumble, flap and then fold like a wet tissue.
Join us for this practical, interactive workshop where we will give you a taste of our approach to helping your people to negotiate more effectively, whilst maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
This 90-minute workshop will utilise engaging drama-based learning techniques to bring common pitfalls and fears to life and illustrate constructive techniques and principles of effective negotiating.
By the end of this session, participants will:
- Experience how a drama-based learning methodology can support impactful learning
- Be more aware of common pitfalls and mistakes when negotiating
- Understand some common principles of effective negotiation
This session is designed for those in L&D roles or those who manage or lead teams who have to negotiate, to give you a taste of how we could support your people. Or for anyone who is interested in experiencing our drama-based learning approach to see how it could work with your organisation’s needs.
