Fiona McAslan is Head of Wellbeing at Royal Mail Group, where she leads the wellbeing strategy for over 130,000 employees, shaping programmes and culture across physical, mental, financial, and social health. With more than 25 years’ experience in HR and wellbeing—including 18 years at NatWest as Wellbeing Lead—she has also held roles with State Street, Deutsche Bank, and Lloyds TSB. Fiona is passionate about helping people thrive at work through personalised, proactive wellbeing initiatives.

Steve has a wealth of experience from a career forged at BAE Systems, from apprentice to engineering, then moving through operations and programme management to his final role before retiring as Managing Director of Corporate Shared Services PLC and a Member of the UK Programmes and Services Board. He has also held various non-executive Board membership roles. Prior to retirement Steve was a leading driver behind BAE Systems approach to Mental Heath support in the workplace.
