With five generations now in the workforce, each bringing their own values, work styles, and expectations, many questions and concerns arise: how do we bridge the generational divide? How can we challenge assumptions, break down biases, and build stronger, more collaborative teams?

As the boundaries between work and personal life continue to blur, and in a high-pressure global work environment, employees face mounting stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue. But how do we create a workplace culture that not only recognises mental health challenges but actively supports well-being?

Note: Please chose from the multiple choice selection of the registration form if you’d like to attend more than one session. Each session topic will be ran twice to ensure those from different time zones can attend. Add the session time to your calendar, and attend ready to engage.
