Rachael Smyth

Project Manager

Rachael holds a degree in English from Royal Holloway, University of London and a postgraduate diploma in acting from Drama Studio London. As an actress, Rachael worked within Theatre in Education, engaging young learners through interactive drama and facilitated discussion. Through temporary employment contracts, Rachael gained experience across a range of different sectors including legal, education and telecoms - in both private and public sector organisations. This diversity of experience has given her a valuable understanding of different working styles and an awareness of effective communication and team working.

At Steps, Rachael draws on many of the skills she has gained from her varied work history to assist Account Directors and creative teams in all areas of programme development . She has worked on programmes with the Ministry of Justice, Royal Bank of Scotland, TFL and RNLI.

Outside of Steps you will probably find Rachael at the theatre or indulging her new hobbies of running and practising Yoga (though not at the same time!)...
