Rachael Smyth

Since joining Steps in 2014, Rachael has worked in different roles within the business and is now responsible for managing and designing behaviour change programmes for a range of clients, including IMC, Vodafone, St Gobain and Brown-Forman.

Rachael was the Project Manager on ‘Hello London’, a large scale engaging customer experience programme for all 26,000 bus drivers, managers and garage support staff on London’s bus network for TfL. She continued her work with TfL co-designing a driver safety programme using Virtual Reality technology.

Rachael holds a degree in English from Royal Holloway, University of London and a postgraduate diploma in acting from Drama Studio London. As an actress, Rachael worked within Theatre in Education, engaging young learners through interactive drama and facilitated discussion. She is thrilled to be able to carry on this work to inspire long lasting behavioural change within organisations.

'The Secret Scripture’ by Sebastian Barry. I didn’t want to finish it as I loved reading it so much.
