Pierre Harscouet

Assistant Project Manager

Pierre has a diverse background both in the corporate world and in the acting industry. Trained as an engineer in biotechnology, Pierre has quickly evolved towards communication and corporate social responsibility in the pharmaceutical sector where he spent 9 years. In parallel, he started taking acting classes in a drama school and took a leap of faith in 2013 when he decided to leave his corporate job to focus on acting. Being a professional actor is a very rich experience both on a professional level and on personal level, but it is also very precarious. He directed in 2017 his first short film which was screened in different festivals over the world. In June 2019, Pierre decided to meet the best of both worlds by joining Steps.

Pierre enjoys travelling , going to concerts, hiking, exploring natural spaces and is absolutely not objective about his native Brittany that he loves.

About Pierre Harscouet

What was the last album you listened to?

Piano and a microphone by Prince. It’s a 35 min recording of a working session in his studio in 1983. Genius at work! And very moving. The song “17 days” is a masterpiece to me.

If I could live anywhere in the world it would be…

a vibrant town by the ocean and close to the mountains. Vancouver maybe? A perfect day would be hiking in the morning, some beach time in the afternoon, dinner with friends or family in the evening and beers in a bar with live music later in the night.

Favourite ice cream flavour?

Without a doubt, pistachio. Roasted pistachio to be specific. Creamy and sweet with a hint of salt.
