Katherine Morgan

Global Marketing Manager


Since joining Steps in August 2014, Katherine has worked across various areas of the business and can now be found as Global Marketing Manager with responsibility for all global marketing activity at Steps. She partners across the business on marketing strategy and in creating content to raise awareness of the business across all marketing channels. She has a keen interest in digital marketing, and manages Steps' online presence, including redesigning the website and developing social media campaigns.

Katherine has a degree in History from the University of Kent, and a Foundation Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. When not at work, Katherine can often be found somewhere of historical interest – from decommissioned Nuclear Bunkers to Buckingham Palace, nowhere is unusual!

What did you want to be when you grew up?

A wizard - I’m still very upset I never got a letter telling me I had a place at Hogwarts and I live in hope they’ll one day write and tell me there’s been a huge mistake and I should have been accepted years ago!

Spaghetti Bolognese...

Favourite film?

Titanic. It’s a nightmare when it’s on TV, my whole evening suddenly disappears as simply can’t flick past it – and I end up crying every single time...
