Dionne Overfield-Collins

Project Manager

Dionne has a degree in Acting and Theatre Studies from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and a BA Hons in Creative Writing from Roehampton University. After studying and working in New York City, Dionne moved back to London where she completed her degree in Creative Writing and then joined the trade book publishing industry working as a Press Officer for Ebury Publishing, part of the Penguin Random House Group, for 3 years. It was during her time at Penguin Random House that Dionne took a course on Unconscious Bias delivered by Steps and subsequently pursued a career move after being inspired by the experimental delivery techniques used on the course and the ethos of Steps as a company. She joined Steps in October 2016, and is now a Project Manager, working with a variety of clients.

Outside of work you’ll find Dionne getting stuck into a home DIY project, cooking a recipe from her growing recipe book collection or at the Cinema working her way through the new releases.
