Damian holds a Master of Fine Arts in Classical Theatre from the University of Delaware, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance with a Minor in Mass Communication from the University of Evansville. In addition to being a professional actor for over 15, he is also a teacher, private coach, and writer.. His short film BLACK?, which he wrote, produced, and stared in, has received numerous accolades.
While growing up in Miami, FL, Damian participated in many outreach programs that used performance to educated individuals on safer sex, drug use, and inclusion. He has worked extensively as a facilitator for numerous clients, as well as designing and developing programmes on topics such as Diversity & Inclusion and Allyship in a variety of industries. He feels honored to have the opportunity to continue to make a difference with Steps.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
For the longest time I just wanted to be in an office with a huge window behind me. I went from wanting to be an accountant to an advertising executive. Then I gravitated to wanting to be a fine artist, and finally landed on being an actor after I developed a stutter and was introduce to theater as a way of helping to managing it.

Favorite ice cream flavor?
Vanilla - There is beauty in the simplicity, and a good vanilla ice cream is filled with flavor.
