Bharath is an art and theatre practitioner. He joined Steps as an actor facilitator in 2010, for the very first program delivery in India. Designing learning solutions, facilitating drama-based learning & development programs that enable dialogue, lived experience sharing and gathering the consensus of a heterogenous cohort have been a large part of his work and repertory.
Accenture, Infosys, Goldman Sachs, Honeywell, Tesco, Target, IBM, and Varroc are some of the Steps clientele that Bharath has designed and delivered learning and development solutions for in India. Over the past decade, he has had the opportunity to be an observer and part of the paradigm shift in work-life culture that has evolved among people and organizations.
A mechanical engineer turned children’s storyteller, professional terracotta/clay sculptor, a voracious open water swimmer, a reasonably good cook, an exceptional farm hand doubles up as a snake rescuer, efficient campfire starter, relentless solo traveller and the non-proverbial bad carpenter are Bharath's side hustles when he is not working as a Client Relationship Director at Steps India. Bharath finds working with Steps transformative, fun, intriguing and enriching.
