About Amanda Salazar

Best Holiday Recommendation?

JUST DO IT. I am blessed and bold enough to be a spontaneous traveller. Hunt for the deal. Buy the plane ticket…everything else will fall into place.

Favorite Book?

Parable of the Sower. Or anything Octavia Butler. Or anything dystopian/post-apocalyptic, really.

Who do you admire?

I am driven and inspired by the women whose shoulders I stand on and the women who are currently inspiring me through their bold action and commitment to change. To name just a few…Dolores Huerta, Sylvia Rivera, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ava Duvernay, and Greta Thunberg.
