September 2021 Open Workshops

After a short break over the summer, we’re back with our open workshops for September 2021! We’ll be re-running our popular workshop Microaggressions: How to Challenge and Change and introducing a new workshop Inclusion and Leadership in the Hybrid World as we look to the future of the workplace. Microaggressions: How to Challenge and Change – Tuesday 14^th September, 09:00 CDT/ 10:00 EDT/ 15:00 BST/ 16:00 CEST.

• What can seem like an innocent gesture, compliment or request can often times be received in a negative way.  When microaggressions manifest themselves in our working relationships they can have a lasting, detrimental, impact on the individual and on an organization’s culture.   So how do we challenge them and change our behaviours to be more inclusive? Join us for a 90-minute workshop as we look at this question.

Inclusion and Leadership in the Hybrid World – Wednesday 29^th September, 08:00 CDT/ 09:00 EDT/ 14:00 BST/ 15:00 CEST

• As offices open up and we begin to establish a new way of working, how do we maximise the benefits, whilst mitigating against the risks of hybrid working? What’s clear, is that navigating the emerging dynamics of hybrid working, whilst maintaining a sense of inclusivity and culture is adding a new level of complexity for leaders and managers.  With this 90-minute experiential session, Steps offers a new take on looking at the behaviours needed to lead effectively in the hybrid environment.

India Focused Workshop: Workplace Conduct: Appropriate Workplace Behaviours – Thursday 23rd September, 11:30 BST/ 12:30 CEST/16:00 IST
