At Steps, we understand that achieving long-term change within an organisation requires more than just a training programme. Our Steps to Change process involves four stages that deliver effective training programmes for clients worldwide.

The first stage, ‘See It’, utilises drama to provide delegates with a fresh perspective on their current behaviours and demonstrate the need for change.
