How do Steps colleagues feel about ‘Work from Anywhere’?

As many organisations move to a hybrid model of work, we’ve done it a little differently at Steps – we’re now a ‘work from anywhere’ organisation. This means that there’s no requirement to be in a physical office, there is a ‘hub’ for those who want to work from an office environment from time to time.
