Conversations on Sexuality and Sexual Identity in the Workplace

There can often be stigma attached to conversations about sexuality and sexual identity, especially at work. In our experience, intolerance is not always the issue – the more common challenge is individuals feeling nervous, or fearful, of saying the wrong thing. To help explore personal, and sometimes sensitive topics – we create fictional characters that make these situations and conversations more human and more real. By bringing behaviours and attitudes to life in this way, we can create an experience that provoke questions, challenges stigma and encourages honest conversation between peer groups.
