We have worked successfully in partnership with Synergy for many clients over a period of years using drama alongside legal input to provide engaging, memorable and practical training around issues where employment law is key.

Leornian Group

Leornian Group specialises in developing people to be successful at work and aims to enhance both individual and organisational performance by developing business solutions using: Learning & Development, Coaching and Consulting.

We have worked in partnership with Leornian for clients such as Pfizer and Kimberley Clark.  We are currently developing a joint initiative to provide a comprehensive package providing consultation and training on the issue of Diversity.

Bliss & Associates

Bliss & Associates offers voice training for professional speakers at all levels and across all sectors. Using highly skilled trainers, the organisation delivers a practical, adaptive and no-nonsense approach to vocal training. 

We recently  worked with Bliss & Associates on a Networking and Presentation Skills Training programme for private bankers at Kleinwort Benson.  The programme used drama methodologies to develop communication techniques, and left delegates with bespoke vocal notes, personalised advice and a DVD of their individual performance. 

Cedar Talent Management

Cedar Talent Management helps organisations to identify, attract and retain talent. This encompasses executive coaching, assessment and leadership development at senior executive and high potential levels. Services also include a proprietary 360° benchmarking instrument and highly effective talent retention programmes. Steps has been working with Schneider Ross to bring an experiential methodology into their working practice for key clients across the world. We recently created a programme for Senior Leaders in Vodafone, delivering to teams in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.

Rock the Boat Consulting

Steps has been working with Rock the Boat Consulting to deliver the Leader Programme to senior teams at Flybe. This 12 month programme has provided members of the senior management team with the tools and techniques to enhance their managerial performance, and has helped to invigorate the middle management team by increasing their confidence and overall performance.

Rock The Boat Consulting supports clients in achieving peak commercial performance by enabling individuals and teams to deliver on business strategy with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Metafore Partners

Steps has worked successfully with Metafore Partners to deliver strategic change programmes for a number of clients, most recently Birmingham City Council, another leading London Borough Council and one of the UK's largest City Councils.  Combining coaching, teambuilding and engagement techniques alongside experiential learning, these programmes have been highly successful in delivering lasting behaviour change.

Metafore's services help clients to align the behaviour of their people with their strategy in order to deliver dramatic changes in business performance.

CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution)

Steps and CEDR have worked together previously to deliver open sessions on handling difficult conversations and managing conflict effectively. These sessions were heavily over-subscribed, given the topical subject matter, and we ran the event twice to great success delivering to over 120 business professionals. This partnership works well because we are able to present the behavioural challenges alongside the theoretical approaches to conflict management and dispute resolution.

CEDR (The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) is an independent, non-profit organisation, setting the standard for dispute resolution and conflict management with leading mediation, consultancy and training services.

Kineo

Steps and Kineo have been working together to create a suite of e-learning products for Southern Housing Group, after securing the contact through a competitive tender process. The online programmes ensure the sustainability of the experiential programme and enhance the delegate learning process.

Kineo have brought together an experienced team that is passionate about learning and technology. With teams in Brighton, Sheffield and the US, and with collective experience on over 400 e-learning solutions, Kineo they bring fresh thinking to e-learning.

CIPD

Steps have a highly successful relationship with the CIPD and have been invited on numerous occasions to contribute to their events programme - as speakers and experiential learning specialists. We have delivered at CIPD regional branch meetings across the UK, national forum events and international conferences including HRD and the Annual Conference.

The CIPD supports its members in driving sustained organisation performance through HR and aims to shape thinking, lead practice and build capability within the profession.

Opportunity Now

Opportunity Now is a Membership organisation representing employers who want to transform the workplace by ensuring inclusiveness for women. They have a membership of around 350 employers from the UK’s largest organisations in the Private, Public and Education Sectors.

We have a long-standing relationship with Opportunity Now and have worked with them on a number of high profile events addressing issues such as flexible working, domestic violence and bullying in the workplace.

TJ (Training Journal)

Steps worked collaboratively with TJ to deliver ‘Engaging for the Future' - an innovative and high-impact one day conference on employee engagement. Featuring prominent speakers and industry professionals alongside experiential learning sessions, the event gave delegates a informative and truly interactive learning experience.

TJ gives learning and development the focus it needs. The magazine's philosophy is to deliver informative, timely and practical content of the highest quality to assist anyone involved in workplace L&D.

Room54

Room54 and Steps have worked in partnership for a number of years, since Steps first shared a stage with broadcaster and journalist John McCarthy. We have since worked with John and the team at Room54 to deliver a conference on Harassment & Bullying (hosted at City Hall, London) and ‘Engaging for the Future' - a one day conference on employee engagement.

Room54 are the UK's premier motivational speakers bureau supplying celebrity speakers, sporting personalities, TV presenters, leadership and business speakers.

  

Peter Hilton (Associate, USA)

Based out of New York, Peter is a drama-based learning specialist who has worked extensively in North America and Asia Pacific helping to impact positive change within corporate cultures worldwide with realistic and instantly applicable training programmes. He has developed an extensive knowledge of issues in the global workplace and, working with Steps, Peter brings well-established contacts and a high-level of cross-cultural creativity to the needs of global organisations and their learning initiatives.

Mohan Madgulkar (Associate, India)

India is heralded as one of the most rapidly expanding emerging markets.  Steps has already be involved in delivering innovative programmes for clients in the region and we anticipate working in India a great deal more over the coming years as word spreads about the success and long term impact of our work. 

Mohan Madgulkar is Steps Senior Associate for the India region.  Based in Pune, Mohan is a fully accredited trainer and facilitator, with over 10 years experience.  He is also a passionate and committed actor, regularly performing in Maharashtra.  Mohan has worked with Steps in India, developing and delivering learning interventions for clients including Vodafone and HSBC.
