Steps in the Public Sector
In the past 12 months Steps has delivered greater numbers of programmes within public sector settings than ever before. As organisations look for innovative and exciting ways to engage employees and re-energise staff, it is safe to say that interactive, drama-based training has delivered.
"Steps' seminar was without doubt one of the most professionally executed and inspirational seminars that I have attended."
For 16 years Steps has been working across the sector with clients in housing, NHS, education, arts and heritage, local and central government, defence and public services, and have developed in depth expertise in areas including Diversity, Customer Service and Performance Management.
The use of drama is not a new concept, however there appears to be increasing support for this method of delivery, based on the power of drama to bring to life behaviours, attitudes and challenging situations. Our commitment to evaluation allows us to support clients to measure the impact of the intervention - and thereby demonstrate value for money.
"The programme created its own momentum through word of mouth. People were hearing how good it was and asking when they could attend."
