How We Work

From providing professional role players for assessment work and skills practice to facilitating whole days combining interactive drama with theoretical and cognitive learning -  experiential learning is at the core of what we do, always with a clear focus on the learning objectives.  We have rigorous measures in place to support clients to evaluate the impact of our training.

We frequently deliver in Europe, and we have created global training programmes with clients including Vodafone, ABN Amro and KPMG.  We predominantly deliver in the English language, however within our Associate Pool over 11 different languages are spoken, so this allows us to be flexible to client needs. The expertise of our Associates, coupled with the experience and skill of our Client Services Team ensures that our global capability is second to none.
