About Us

Why Use Steps?

Impact and Engagement
Our training is high impact, engaging, interactive – and, above all, fun. Many clients have been kind enough to say that our programmes are the most effective and enjoyable training they have ever experienced.

Value for Money
Value for money and return on investment are hugely important. We work with clients to ensure that our operation coninuously delivers value for money.  We also work collaboratively to ensure that evaluation, both short and long term, is planned, designed and implemented from the start of the project.

Our Experience
Established in 1992, our experience in drama-based training is unrivalled, as is our client list.

The Quality of our Work
Over 75% of our work is repeat business. We build lasting relationships with clients and challenge ourselves to exceed expectations. Our work is consistently monitored for quality assurance purposes.

Our Unique Approach
Everything we do is bespoke, designed with each specific client and their desired learning outcomes in mind.

Our International Capability
We frequently deliver across Europe and have created global training interventions for clients including Vodafone, ABN Amro and KPMG.  We have Steps-qualified Actor-Facilitators based regionally and internationally, in order that we can provide unique and innovative learning and development programmes on a global scale.  Our robust client services team ensures all delivery logistics are managed effectively.

Our Award-Winning Methods
We are proud to be at the cutting edge of experiential development, and we continually challenge ourselves to innovate and push the boundaries of interactive learning.  We have had success with a number of awards for our operation and our work; most recently a People Management Award for Business Impact through Learning and Development, a Customer Care Association Award for Training Excellence and an Inner City 100 Award as one of London's fastest growing businesses.

Our People and Resources
We have a core team of 20 full-time staff and a freelance Associate Team of 120 actor-facilitators. We also work in collaboration with partner organisations to provide complementary expertise where necessary.
